reach a person, and we aim to answer within one business day.

Before you buy
The questions we get most often are answered on the FAQ page, and what the
platform actually does is on the features page and in the
module pages. If your environment has a constraint that makes you unsure
whether SITEY fits, for example restricted outbound access or an air gap, write to us first. We
would rather tell you it is a poor fit than process a refund later.
Reporting a vulnerability in SITEY
We build security software, so we expect people to test ours. If you find a vulnerability in
SITEY or on this site, email info@siteyvm.com with enough
detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge it, keep you updated while we fix it, and we will not
pursue action against researchers acting in good faith. Please do not test against other customers
deployments.
